Costco says specific lots of Alfa Croissants with cocoa cream filling (24-count boxes) are affected. The recalled products, item number 2077888, were sold at Costco Business Centres and on CostcoBusinessCentre.ca between June and July.
The affected lot codes are 10726 and 08626.
Customers are urged not to eat, serve, sell or distribute the recalled croissants. Anyone who purchased the product should return it to Costco or dispose of it.
Costco also recently recalled certain 38-gram Cadbury Dairy Milk Oreo candy bars because they may contain undeclared pistachio, which could cause a serious allergic reaction in people with a pistachio allergy.
