TORONTO — Kiiwetinoong MPP Sol Mamakwa spoke at Queen’s Park on Wednesday about four people connected to Thunder Bay who recently went missing or were found dead.
Mamakwa mentioned Nodin Skunk, Ashlynn Bottle, Richard Graham and Kelsey Anderson, and shared condolences with their families and communities.
He said the growing number of missing persons cases in Thunder Bay is a serious issue and warned the city may be “at a tipping point.”
“The problem of missing people in Thunder Bay is not new,” Mamakwa said. “It is time to come together to end this crisis because no more families should go through this.”
