A 57-year-old man from Sault Ste. Marie, Ont., has been charged with assault after an incident involving a snow blower over the weekend.
Police say that around 9 a.m. on Dec. 7, a 911 call reported an assault that happened the day before in the 100 block of Second Line West.
According to police, the man got into an argument with someone he knows and then used a snow blower to blow snow directly at them on purpose. The victim was not physically hurt.
Officers found the man on Sunday, arrested him and charged him with assault. He was later released and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 9.
