Tea Product Recalled in Canada Over Safety Concerns

Tea sold in Canada has been recalled because it may contain almond that is not listed on the label, according to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.

The recalled product is DAVIDsTEA Organic Sneeze Ease Herbal Infusion, sold online in 50 g packages. Officials warn people with almond allergies not to drink it, as it could cause a serious reaction.

No illnesses have been reported. The CFIA says the company started the recall and is making sure the product is removed from stores and online sales.
