Quaker Granola Yogurt Bowls Recalled Amid Concerns of Potential Salmonella Contamination.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is issuing a recall for various yogurt and parfait bowls containing Quaker granola, which has been previously recalled due to potential salmonella contamination.

This recall encompasses over 30 types of yogurt or parfait bowls that were distributed in grocery stores across Canada. As of now, no reported illnesses have been linked to these products.

Quaker Canada recently initiated a voluntary recall for more than three dozen types of cereals and granola bars as a precautionary measure against possible salmonella exposure. The decision to recall these products in Canada follows a similar recall in the United States.

The affected items include Harvest Crunch cereals, Chewy granola bars, Dipps granola bars, yogurt granola bars, as well as Cap’n Crunch treat bars. The best before dates range from Jan. 11 to Oct. 2024.
