A nationwide recall has been issued for So Delicious Dairy Free Salted Caramel Cluster Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert over concerns it may contain plastic-like or gravel-like pieces.
The 500 mL product is being recalled because of possible foreign materials in the cashew pieces.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says the recall affects products with best-before dates of:
- Sept. 8, 2027
- Oct. 15 and 16, 2027
- Feb. 3 and 25, 2028
- March 30 and 31, 2028
Consumers are being told not to eat, sell, serve or distribute the affected product.
The same flavour was also recalled in January for the same reason. The company says no other flavours or products are affected.
So Delicious says it has fixed the issue and hopes to bring the product back to stores safely.
