Canada Post is no longer accepting parcels to 12 European Union countries because of new customs rules.
The affected countries are Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal and Spain.
The EU has introduced a 3-euro customs fee, plus import taxes, on low-value packages. It says the changes are meant to stop shipments from being undervalued or falsely declared.
Parcel service to the other 15 EU countries will continue.
