Canadian Food Inspection Agency has recalled several food products, including salads, cheeses, and meal kits, due to possible Listeriosis contamination.
The recall includes Co-Op creamy garlic and spinach salad sold in Western Canada, as well as various cheese products like Bothwell shredded nacho blend, Goldstream shredded cheese, and Paradise Island Asiago. Some HelloFresh meal kits across Canada are also affected.
Listeria can be present without changing how food looks or smells. While no illnesses have been reported, symptoms can include nausea, vomiting, and fever.
