Several food products sold at Costco in Canada have been recalled in recent weeks for different safety concerns, including possible glass contamination, undeclared allergens and mould.
Chicken fried rice
Certain lots of Yakitori Chicken Fried Rice were recalled due to possible glass contamination. The recall includes products with best before dates between Sept. 9, 2026 and Nov. 12, 2026, as well as Nov. 24, 2026 and Dec. 22, 2026.
Ramen with chicken bowls
Some Shoyu Ramen with Chicken Bowls were also recalled because they may contain glass. The affected products have best before dates between May 24, 2026 and May 10, 2027.
Cabbage rolls
Discovery Kitchens Beef Cabbage Rolls were recalled because they may contain small pieces of soft rubber material. The affected lot codes are 20270120, 20270121 and 20270122.
Chocolate mousse
Delici Dubai Style Chocolate Mousse was recalled because it may contain cashew and macadamia nuts that are not listed on the label. This could cause serious allergic reactions for some people.
Scones
The Worthy Crumb Pastry Co. Cheddar and Chive Artisan Scones were recalled after mould was found on some packages.
Baby formula
Some Kendamil infant formula was recalled due to concerns about cereulide toxin, which can cause nausea and vomiting. Two batches sold at Costco in Canada are affected.
Consumers are advised not to eat or distribute any of the recalled products.
