Certain cleaning products are being recalled in Canada after 50 injuries were reported in the United States, according to Health Canada.
The recall affects Wagner 900 Series steam cleaners. Officials say the hose can get very hot, and the nozzle may spray hot water, which can cause burns.
In Canada, there have been six reports of this happening, but no injuries. In the U.S., there have been 156 reports, including 50 burn injuries to the arms, hands, feet, and face. Some burns were serious.
About 8,000 of these products were sold in Canada and 700,000 in the United States.
Health Canada says people should stop using these steamers right away and contact the company for a free repair kit.
