A “kiss cam” at a Coldplay concert near Boston, Massachusetts, caught a surprising moment between a married tech CEO and one of his coworkers.
In a video taken at the concert, Coldplay singer Chris Martin noticed the pair on the big screen and said, “Oh, look at these two.” As the camera zoomed in, the woman quickly turned away and covered her face while the man ducked out of view.
Martin then joked, “Uh-oh. Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy,” making the crowd laugh.
The couple in the video were later identified as Andy Byron, CEO of a tech company called Astronomer, and Kristin Cabot, the company’s head of human resources. Byron is reportedly married and has two children.
Astronomer has not yet responded to requests for a comment about the situation.
Last year, Byron praised Cabot in a press release when she joined the company, calling her a strong leader with a passion for building great workplaces. Cabot also posted on LinkedIn at the time, saying she was very excited to work with Byron and the rest of the team.
The video was taken on July 16 at Gillette Stadium by a concertgoer named Grace Springer and was later published by Storyful.
Coldplay is currently on a world tour that ends in London on September 8. The band recently made news in Canada when Martin called Toronto’s new Rogers Stadium a “weird stadium in the middle of nowhere.”
