Thunder Bay to Welcome New Pancake Restaurant
A company that claims to be Canada’s fastest-growing breakfast chain appears to be targeting Thunder Bay for its next expansion.
Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House has listed a new franchise location at 905-911 Fort William Rd., directly across from Intercity Shopping Centre, on its website.
The restaurant will be situated in a building currently under construction, near three other dining options—Burger King, Osmow’s Shawarma, and Firehouse Subs.
So far, representatives from Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House have not responded to inquiries about the new location, including when it is expected to open.
The Canadian-owned chain opened its first restaurant in Barrie in 2017 and has rapidly expanded to over 70 locations. As of December 2023, when the chain had more than 60 locations, it announced plans to add 54 new sites across the country.
